Your personal address stays private. Maria sees only your business address.

Built around four things

Keep your own inbox

Read and answer business email in the personal inbox you already use, on your phone and your computer. It works with any email provider.

Nothing to set up

No POP, IMAP or SMTP settings, no webmail to log in to, no extra password. You receive, you press Reply, and that is all.

Security built in

Senders and replies are verified, limits stop misuse, and message content is not kept. The few things we have to hold for a while are encrypted.

Large files as links

When a message is over 5 MB, its attachments become secure download links that work for 14 days. This works in both directions.

From their message to your reply

A customer sends an email to a business address. maildigi delivers it to the owner’s phone, and the reply goes back the same way.
  1. Someone writes to your business address

A customer, supplier or partner sends an email to info@yourbusiness.com, as usual.

  2. maildigi checks it and delivers it

The message is checked and delivered to your personal inbox, with the sender’s name and address shown clearly.

  3. You press Reply

Write your answer in the email app you already use. You do not need to change anything.

  4. The reply goes out from your business address

Your contact receives the answer from info@yourbusiness.com. Your personal address is not shown.

Good to know

Replies, not new emails
You can reply to every message you receive. To start new conversations from your business address, you need a full mailbox.
One contact per reply
A reply goes to the person who wrote to you. Addresses you add in Cc or Bcc do not receive it.
Daily limits
Up to 300 incoming messages per day for each address, and up to 50 replies per day (20 per hour). Enough for daily business; too few for misuse.

Made for small businesses

For shops, practices, freelancers and small teams who want a professional address on their own domain, without running a separate mailbox.

A florist answers a customer’s email on her phone in her shop.
